About implementation of bank support of contracts

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of implementation of bank support of contracts.

2. Determine that provisions of the Rules approved by this resolution are not applied in the relation:

civil agreements which subject are delivery of goods, performance of work, rendering service, concluded on behalf of the Russian Federation, the subject of the Russian Federation or municipality, and also budgetary institution or other legal entity according to parts 1, of the 4 and 5 article 15 of the Federal law "About Contractual System in the field of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs" before entry into force of this resolution (further - the contract), and also the contracts signed when implementing purchases, notices on which implementation are placed in unified information system in the field of purchases or on the official site of the Russian Federation on the Internet for placement of information on order placement on deliveries of goods, performance of works, rendering services or invitations to take part in which are sent about day of entry into force of this resolution;

the public contracts signed within the state defense order, and also public contracts signed outside the state defense order, data on which are the state secret;

contracts under which means are subject to treasurer maintenance in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

3. Determine that bank support of contracts which subject are deliveries of goods, performance of works, rendering services for ensuring federal needs is performed according to the Rules approved by this resolution in the following cases:
