1. Bring in the order of the acting minister of science and education of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 12, 2014 No. 519 "About approval of Rules on the organization of the order, storage, accounting and issue of forms of documents of the state sample on education and (or) qualification and providing the organizations of education realizing professional training programs of the higher and postgraduate education, the subordinated organizations of education" with them (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 10079, No. 183 published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of September 24, 2015 (28059)) the following changes:

state heading in the following edition:

"About approval of Rules on the organization of the order, storage, accounting and issue of forms of documents of the state sample on education and (or) qualification and providing the organizations of education realizing general education training programs of the main secondary and general secondary education, educational programs of the higher and postgraduate education, the subordinated organizations of education with them";

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. Approve the enclosed Rules on the organization of the order, storage, accounting and issue of forms of documents of the state sample on education and (or) qualification and providing the organizations of education realizing general education training programs of the main secondary and general secondary education, educational programs of the higher and postgraduate education, the subordinated organizations of education with them";

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and the Information system of law of Ad_let, and also in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for placement in reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan Balykbayev T. O.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
