Approve the Procedure for participation of representatives of Ukraine in activities of the international modes of export control which is applied.

Procedure for participation of representatives of Ukraine in deyaelnost of the international modes of export control

1. This Procedure determines the procedure of ensuring proper participation of representatives of Ukraine in activities of the international modes of export control (further - the mode).

2. Preparation and participation of representatives of Ukraine in activities of the modes are provided by the central executive bodies (further - responsible bodies):

1) Australian Group mode:

Plenary session, intersession meetings - the MFA;

meeting of Group on questions of exchange of information, meeting of Group on questions of implementation of means of export control, meeting of Group on questions of law enforcement - Goseksportkontrol;

2) the Vassenaarsky Arrangement mode on export control of conventional arms and goods and technologies of double use:

Plenary meeting, meeting of the Working group on general (political) questions - the MFA;

meeting of Expert group, meeting of the Working group of experts in licensing and law enforcement - Goseksportkontrol;

3) Group of Nuclear Suppliers mode:

The plenary session, meeting of Advisory group - the MFA;
