Determine that ensuring functioning and development of national system of biometric verification and identification of citizens of Ukraine, foreigners and stateless persons is performed by subjects of the specified system for the account and in the expense limits provided by it in the government budget for the corresponding year.

3. Enter since January 1, 2018 functioning of national system of biometric verification and identification of citizens of Ukraine, foreigners and stateless persons.

1. This Provision regulates procedure for implementation and functioning of national system of biometric verification and identification of citizens of Ukraine, foreigners and stateless persons (further - national system), and also determines its structure and appointment.

data-processing center - fault-tolerant complex centralized system (software and hardware complex);
