About modification of some decisions of the Commission of the Customs union and Board of the Eurasian economic commission

According to Item 2 of Article 8, Item 5 of Article 105 and item 4 of Article 112 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union and Item 30 of the Protocol on information and communication technologies and information exchange within the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix No. 3 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring in decisions of the Commission of the Customs union and Board of the Eurasian economic commission of change according to appendix.

The changes made to decisions of the Commission of the Customs union and Board of the Eurasian economic commission

1. In the Instruction about procedure for filling of the declaration on goods approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 No. 257:

a) in Item 15:
