In pursuance of the resolution Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 27, 1996. "About enforcement of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the competition and restriction of monopolistic activities in the goods markets" and for the purpose of carrying out the state antimonopoly policy, ensuring creation of competitive environment and deepening of economic reforms in the republic of the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for pricing (rates) and control of their application (appendix N 1).
2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan in a month:
develop and approve Regulations on procedure for forming and use of the free (contractual) prices and rates and procedure for declaring of the prices (rates) and profitability on exclusive products;
introduce the draft of the Regulations on Fonda of price settlement to the Cabinet of Ministers.
3. To the state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on demonopolization and development of the competition in a month:
develop and approve procedure for forming and maintaining the State register of associations (companies) - monopolists;
introduce to the Cabinet of Ministers the draft of procedure for excitement and hearing of cases about antitrust violations.
4. Goskomprognozstatu together with the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on demonopolization and development of the competition for the purpose of regulation of the goods market of the Republic of Uzbekistan to develop and approve form of the quarter state statistical reporting for business entities and their associations.
5. Ceased to be valid the Resolution KM RU N412 of 24.10.2000.
