About some questions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Reorganize in the procedure established by the legislation the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The national center of problems of forming of healthy lifestyle" of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The scientific and practical center of sanitary and epidemiologic examination and monitoring" and the republican state state company "Scientific Center of Hygiene and Epidemiology of Hamza Zhumatova" of Committee of protection of public health of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan by merge and transformation to the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The national center of public health care" of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the company) with introduction of the supervisory board.

2. Rename the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The Kazakh scientific center quarantine and zoonotic of infections of Masgut Aykimbayev" Committee of protection of public health of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan into the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The Kazakh scientific center quarantine and zoonotic of infections of Masgut Aykimbayev" the Ministries of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Determine:

1) authorized body on management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the companies specified in Items 1 and 2 of this resolution, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the main object of activity of the company implementation of activities in the field of health care.

4. To provide to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
