About modification and amendments in the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of April 20, 2006 No. 65 "About approval of the Regulations on patent fees and payments and rates of patent fees and payments"
For the purpose of further development of scientific and technical and innovative activities, effective use of scientific potential, cost reduction of the legal entities and physical persons connected with provision of legal protection to intellectual property items, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make changes and addition to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of April 20, 2006 No. 65 "About approval of the Regulations on patent fees and payments and rates of patent fees and payments" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2006, No. 4, the Art. 26) according to appendix.
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the CEO of the Agency on intellectual property of the Republic of Uzbekistan Fayzullayev A. N. and Information analysis department concerning information systems and development of telecommunications of the Cabinet of Ministers.
