About some questions of compensation of administrative government employees in the pilot mode

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Determine that:

1) since January 1, 2018 the pilot regime of wages system of administrative government employees for the central state and local executive bodies (further - pilot bodies) according to the list of pilot bodies according to appendix 1 to this resolution is introduced;

2) the wages system of administrative government employees of pilot bodies is based on time wages system;

3) compensation of administrative government employees of pilot bodies is made on the basis of the scheme of official pay rates, allowance payment for improvement, allowances, compensations, bonuses;

4);

5) in case of decrease in the sizes of official pay rates of the acting administrative government employees of pilot bodies, behind them the actual sizes of their official pay rates before Date of Introduction of the pilot mode of wages system in these state bodies remain.

2. Approve:

1) distribution of managerial state positions of pilot bodies for levels and function blocks according to appendix 2 to this resolution;

2);

3) Rules of payment of bonuses, rendering financial support by the administrative government employee, and also establishments of allowances to official pay rates of administrative government employees of the case "B" of pilot bodies according to appendix 4 to this resolution.

3. Bring the following amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
