1. Approve the Procedure of payments of compensation amount of losses of licensees from delivery of electrical energy to residential customers (population) who are calculated on the rates differentiated on periods of time which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the National commission of regulation of power industry of Ukraine of January 18, 2007 No. 27 "About approval of the Procedure for provision to licensees on delivery of electrical energy on regulated rate of compensation of losses when implementing electrical supply to residential customers who are calculated on the rates differentiated on periods of time" (with changes).
3. This resolution becomes effective since April 1, 2018, but not earlier than the day following behind day of its publication in the official printing publication - the Pravitelstvenny Kuryer newspaper.
