For the purpose of implementation of article 244-1 of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the administrative responsibility, according to the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About obligatory civil liability insurance of carrier of dangerous goods", "About obligatory civil liability insurance of carrier before passengers", "About traffic in the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Traffic regulations and Basic provisions according to the admission of vehicles to operation and obligations of officials on traffic safety" of August 4, 1999 No. 421 the following changes:

Item 3 to declare 1) invalid;

2) in the Traffic regulations approved by the above-stated resolution:
