For the purpose of implementation of Articles 6, 23-26 Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About veterinary science", according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve:
- Regulations on procedure of private veterinary practice in the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;
- Regulations on procedure for registration/re-registration and maintaining the Register of veterinarians and paraveterinary specialists in the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2;
- Regulations on delegation of separate state powers in the field of veterinary science according to appendix 3.
2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
