About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products
For the purpose of reduction of decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic products, retail sale and consumption of alcoholic products, tonic soft and low alcohol drinks", being guided by articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for declaring of production volumes and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products" of June 19, 2008 No. 316 the following change:
