About formation of Public service of sea and river transport of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Form Public service of sea and river transport of Ukraine as the central executive body which activities go and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of infrastructure.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 06.03.2022 No. 212

3. Determine that Public service of sea and river transport of Ukraine performs powers and performs functions on realization of state policy in certain sphere from the date of entry into force of the act of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of possibility of ensuring implementation by it of powers and accomplishment of functions.

4. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 06.03.2022 No. 212

5. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

6. To the ministry of infrastructure together with the Ministry of Finance to provide according to the procedure, established by the legislation, expenses in the government budget for the corresponding year, necessary for ensuring accomplishment of the tasks and functions assigned to Public service of sea and river transport of Ukraine.

7. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except Items 1, of 2, of 5-7 changes approved by this resolution which become effective along with the act of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of possibility of ensuring implementation by Public service of sea and river transport of Ukraine of powers and accomplishment of functions.
