1. Bring in the order of the Minister for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 9, 2016 No. 38 "About approval of the forms intended for collection of administrative data in the field of religious activities" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 13449, it is published on March 24, 2016 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following changes:

"According to the subitem 18) of Item 16 of the Provision of the Ministry of cases of religions and the civil society of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 18, 2016 No. 594, I ORDER:";

to state the data on the number of religious associations, their branches and representations, cult buildings (constructions) and missionaries approved by the specified order in edition according to appendix 1 to this order;

to state the data on cult buildings (constructions) used by religious associations, their branches and representations, approved by the specified order in edition according to appendix 2 to this order;

to state the information about missionaries approved by the specified order in edition according to appendix 3 to this order;

to state the data on special stationary rooms for distribution of religious literature and other information materials of religious content, objects of religious appointment approved by the specified order in edition according to appendix 4 to this order;

to state the data on the spiritual (religious) organizations of education approved by the specified order in edition according to appendix 5 to this order;

to state the data on rooms for holding religious actions outside cult buildings (constructions) approved by the specified order in edition according to appendix 6 to this order;

to state the data on administrative offenses in the field of religious activities approved by the specified order in edition according to appendix 7 to this order.

2. To provide to committee on cases of religions of the Ministry of cases of religions and civil society of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy in paper and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions;

4) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of cases of religions and civil society of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

5) within ten working days after state registration of this order submission to Legal department of the Ministry of cases of religions and civil society of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) of 3) and 4) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Ecclesiastical Affairs and civil society of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
