About approval of the Single veterinary (veterinary and sanitary) requirements imposed to the objects which are subject to veterinary control (supervision)

According to Item 2 of article 58 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and Item 22 of appendix No. 2 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Approve the enclosed Single veterinary (veterinary and sanitary) requirements imposed to the objects which are subject to veterinary control (supervision).

2. Determine that concerning the organizations and faces included before date of the introduction of this Decision in force in the register of the organizations and persons performing production, conversion and (or) storage of the goods moved from the territory of one state member of the Eurasian Economic Union on the territory of other state member of the Eurasian Economic Union within 18 months from the date of the introduction of this Decision in force implementation of activities according to the mandatory requirements to the objects which are subject to veterinary control (supervision) which are earlier established by the legislation of state member of the Eurasian Economic Union in the territory of which the corresponding object is located is allowed.

3. This Decision becomes effective after 180 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
