2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 5, 2016 No. 709 "About change of structure of the National agency on quality assurance of the higher education" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 83, the Art. 2732).
