Some questions of activities of the National agency on quality assurance of the higher education

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. No. 30 is excluded according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 31.01.2018.

2. Approve the extreme number of employees of the National agency on quality assurance of the higher education in number of 67 units.

3. Determine that:

the allowance as a percentage of official pay rate is paid to employees of the National agency on quality assurance of the higher education for length of service in such sizes: more than three years - 10, over five years - 15, over 10 years - 20, over 15 years - 25, over 20 years - 30, over 25 years - 40 percent of official pay rate. At the same time in length of service for establishment of the allowance are set off the work period in positions and earlier acquired years of service of public service, pedagogical, scientific and pedagogical or scientific years of service according to the legislation;

action of the Procedure for the award of scientific degrees approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 24, 2013 No. 567 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 64, Art. 2328; 2015, No. 73, the Art. 2401), extends to persons who continue to receive scientific degrees according to the subitem 7 of Item 2 of the Section XV "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About the higher education";
