About provision of subsidies from the federal budget for compensation to the organizations of the half-received income from provision of services for airport and land ensuring flights of aircrafts of the users of airspace exempted in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation from payment for them

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of provision of subsidies from the federal budget for compensation to the organizations of the half-received income from provision of services for airport and land ensuring flights of aircrafts of the users of airspace exempted in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation from payment for them.

1(1). Determine that to the organizations which received till January 25, 2019 from Federal Air Transport Agency refusal in provision of subsidies from the federal budget for compensation to the organizations of the half-received income from provision of services for airport and land ensuring flights of aircrafts of the users of airspace exempted in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation from payment for them because of insufficiency of limits of budget obligations (further respectively - subsidy, refusal), compensation of the specified half-received income is performed in 2019 - 2021 at the expense of means of subsidy according to the procedure, established by the Rules approved by this resolution (further - Rules), taking into account features, stipulated in Item 1(2) these resolutions.
