About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About liberty of conscience and religious associations"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 26, 2009 "About liberty of conscience and religious associations" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2009, No. 3, Art. 82; 2011, No. 6, Art. 450) following changes and amendments:

1. The text of Article 1 after the word is "regulated" to add with the word "public".

2. In Article 4:

- in part 3 to replace the word "violation" with the word "non-compliance";

3. In Article 5:

"2. According to provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan ideology no batch, public and religious association, movement and group can be acknowledged as the state ideology.";
