About procedure for calculation of years of service of public service
In pursuance of the resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of December 16, 1993. "About commissioning of the Law of Ukraine "About public service" (1993, No. 52, the Art. 491) the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine:
1. Approve the Procedure for calculation of years of service of public service which is applied.
2. Determine that the length-of-service allowance is calculated for actually worked time proceeding from official pay rate taking into account surcharge for rank and depending on the years of service of public service determined according to the approved this resolution Rather. In case of accomplishment of obligations of temporarily absent worker the length-of-service allowance is calculated from official pay rate on the main position.
The length-of-service allowance is paid in the sizes established by part five of article 33 of the Law of Ukraine "About public service", surcharge for rank is performed in the sizes established by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 28, 1994 No. 123.
3. To government employees who during calendar month had right to increase in length-of-service allowance the size of the allowance changes from the date of finding of the right to increase.
