About approval of the Procedure for calculation of years of service of public service
According to part three of article 46 of the Law of Ukraine "About public service" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for calculation of years of service of public service which is applied.
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
3. Repeal the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 20, 2012 No. 559 "About approval of the Procedure for calculation of years of service of public service" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 47, the Art. 1844) and Item of 1 changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 20, 2012 No. 559 and of July 20, 2012 No. 680, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 1, 2013 No. 561 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 64, the Art. 2322).
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of December 10, 2015 No. 889-VIII "About public service".
