About approval of the Procedure for calculation of years of service of public service
According to article 35 of the Law of Ukraine "About public service" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for calculation of years of service of public service which is applied.
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
3. This resolution becomes effective at the same time with the introduction in operation of the Law of Ukraine of November 17, 2011 No. 4050-VI "About public service".

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of calculation of years of service of public service.
2. The years of service of public service are calculated according to part two of article 35 of the Law of Ukraine "About public service", and also proceeding from the work periods determined by the law to which belongs:
stay time on positions of workers of the office of courts, Public judicial administration, its territorial administrations;
stay time on positions of employees of diplomatic service;
