2. Recognize invalid decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.

3. To the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation to place the State program of development of agricultural industry and regulation of the markets of agricultural products, raw materials and food for 2013 - 2020 with the changes approved by this resolution on the official site on the Internet in 2 weeks time from the date of official publication of this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2018 except for Item 3 of this resolution.
