"9) Regulations of the state service "Entering into the Legal Inventory of Identification and Technical Data of Buildings, Constructions and (or) Their Components on Newly Created Real Estate, Issue of Technical Data Sheet of Real Estate Objects and the Conclusion about Establishment of Discrepancies of Identification and Technical Data following the results of the Conducted State Technical Examination of Newly Created Real Estate Object" according to appendix 9 to this order;";

in regulations of the state service "Issue of Technical Data Sheet of Real Estate Objects", the approved specified order:

to state the name of regulations of the state service in the following edition:

"Entering into the legal inventory of identification and technical data of buildings, constructions and (or) their components on newly created real estate, issue of technical data sheet of real estate objects and the conclusion about establishment of discrepancies of identification and technical data following the results of the conducted state technical examination of newly created real estate object";

to state Item 3 of regulations in the following edition:

"3. Result of completion of rendering the state service - the title real estate document (the acceptance act of real estate object in operation) with mark about entering into information system of the legal inventory of identification and technical data of buildings, constructions and (or) their components on newly created real estate or the conclusion about establishment of discrepancies of identification and technical data following the results of the conducted technical examination of newly created real estate object with appendix of technical data sheet or technical data sheet of real estate object or the written motivated answer about refusal in rendering the state service.";

2. To provide to department of registration service and organization of legal services of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for placement and official publication in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
