About entering of amendment into the Law on acts of civil status No. 100/2001
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – The law on acts of civil status No. 100/2001 (2001, Art. No. 97-99, 765), with subsequent changes and amendments, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Article 13-1 of the following content:
"Article 13-1. Certificate of acts and facts of civil status
The facts of civil status taking place and registered in settlements of the Left bank of Dniester and Bender's (Transnistria) municipium can make sure by means of issue by competent authorities of the Republic of Moldova of acts of civil status if their registration is made according to the procedure, similar to the procedure regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.".
Art. II. – To the government in three-months time from the date of entry into force of this law to develop the regulations necessary for implementation of the procedure of confirmation of acts and the facts of civil status according to this law.
