1. Approve the enclosed Procedure for forming and maintaining the unified register of grades of agricultural plants.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than the date of entry into force of the Agreement on the address of seeds of agricultural plants within the Eurasian Economic Union of November 7, 2017.

Procedure for forming and maintaining the unified register of grades of agricultural plants

1. This Procedure is developed according to article 4 of the Agreement on the address of seeds of agricultural plants within the Eurasian Economic Union of November 7, 2017 (further - the Agreement) and determines the procedure of forming and maintaining the unified register of grades of agricultural plants by the Eurasian economic commission (further respectively - the Commission, the unified register).

2. The concepts used in this Procedure mean the following:

"the applicant of grade" - the physical person or legal entity which submitted the application for inclusion of data on grade in the national register;

"admission zone" - part of the territory of state member of the Eurasian Economic Union on which the grade is allowed it (is permitted, recommended) for use and which is specified in the national register;
