About modification and amendments in some orders of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Approve the enclosed list of some orders of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes and additions are made.

2. To provide to committee of transport of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy on paper and electronically in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions;

4) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

5) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of actions, according to subitems 1), 2), 3) and 4) this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.

To provide 1) technically serviceable condition of vehicles and not to allow departure on route of the vehicle, not had obligatory technical inspection;

2) to provide performing pretrip and posttrip medical examination, observance of work-rest schedule of drivers of vehicles;

3) to provide timely transportation and safety of baggage;

4) to perform free transportation of separate categories of citizens or to provide them other privileges on payment of journey according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

5) to provide sale of travel documents (tickets) and luggage receipts when implementing regular motor transportations of passengers and baggage on all stopping points of route - independently or through the passenger agencies, bus stations, bus stations and (or) service points of passengers, including electronic sale of travel documents (tickets) and luggage receipts in the direct and return directions, and also their return and to exercise control of their availability at passengers;

6) to declare tariffs for transportation of passengers and baggage, to fix them in agreements, the travel document (ticket) and the luggage receipt;

12) to observe national standards;

14) in case of use of electronic payment system of journey in city (rural) or suburban messages proceeding from the passable way along route (km.) shall transport during validity passengers and baggage in amount ___ kilometers, according to the approved scheme of route;

2) to exercise control of observance of the established schedule of movement of buses, minibuses, trolleybuses;

3) timely to inform Carrier on changes of conditions of traffic, transportations, schemes of routes and schedules of movement;

To consider 4) within ten calendar days of the appeal of Carrier on the arising problems on routes and suggestions for improvement of transportations and to take measures for their decision;

5) in case of use of electronic payment system of journey in city (rural) or suburban messages proceeding from the passable way along route (km.), monthly to perform payment of subsidies proceeding from the calculations provided according to the Rules of subsidizing at the expense of budgetary funds of losses of the carriers connected with implementation of socially important transportations of passengers approved by the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 25, 2015 No. 883 (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 12353) (further - Rules of subsidizing).";
