1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 4, 2002 No. 256 "About approval of the Procedure for financing of expenses of local budgets on implementation of actions for accomplishment of state programs of social protection of the population at the expense of subventions from the government budget" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 10, Art. 482; 2003, No. 44, Art. 2309; 2006, No. 22, Art. 1613; 2007, No. 41, Art. 1619; 2010, No. 101, Art. 3636; 2015, No. 20, Art. 553; 2017, No. 53, the Art. 1608, No. 80, the Art. 2450, No. 100, the Art. 3059) and of April 2, 2005 No. 261 "About approval of the Procedure for appointment and payment of the government public assistance to persons who do not have pension entitlements both to persons with disability and the government public assistance on leaving" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 14, Art. 717; 2012, No. 23, Art. 877; 2016, No. 6, Art. 297; 2017, No. 69, the Art. 2075) changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day, and is applied since January 1, 2018.
