Some questions of payment of the government public assistance

According to part seven of Article 20 of the Budget code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 30.12.2022 No. 1474

2. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

4. Determine that subjects of managing transfer unused balances of means for the rendered housing subsidies and privileges for payment of housing and communal services formed for the end of budget period of 2019 on the current accounts with the special mode of use opened in bodies of Treasury during the next budget period on the current accounts opened in bank institutions on their name.

5. To the ministry of social policy to submit to two-month time to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine drafts of regulatory legal acts about provision in case of the birth of the child of the one-time natural help "packet of the kid".

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except Items 1 - 3 presents of the resolution which become effective since January 1, 2020.
