According to part seven of Article 20 of the Budget code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for ensuring social protection of children and family which is applied.
2. Determine that within one month from the date of entry into force of this resolution parents, the child's guardians aged up to three years which receive cost recovery of service in child care up to three years "the municipal nurse" shall confirm the right to such compensation by representation to structural divisions concerning social protection of the population district, district in Kiev and Sevastopol of public administrations, executive bodies of city councils of the cities of regional value of the documents provided by the Procedure for cost recovery of service in child care up to three years "the municipal nurse" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 30, 2019 No. 68 "Some questions of provision of service in child care up to three years "the municipal nurse" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019 No. 16, to the Art. 543).
3. Bring the enclosed changes in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
4. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
5. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2023.
