1. Approve:
The charter of National Bank of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1;
structure of Council of National Bank of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - Council) according to appendix No. 2.
2. To provide to National Bank of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the procedure established by the legislation registration in the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan of the Charter approved by this resolution.
3. Declare invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 3.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan S. R. Holmuradov and the chairman of the board of National Bank of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. K. Mirsoatov.
