Article 1

Bring in article 5 of the Federal Law of May 2, 1997 No. 76-FZ "About destruction of chemical weapon" (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, No. 18, Art. 2105; 2010, No. 50, Art. 6605; 2011, No. 17, Art. 2314) following changes:
