About approval of the Regulations on procedure for forming and use of office housing stock of law-enforcement bodies

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for forming and use of office housing stock of law-enforcement bodies according to appendix No. 1.

2. Determine that financing:

constructions and reconstruction of apartment houses and apartments for forming of office housing stock of law-enforcement bodies it is performed in accordance with the established procedure at the expense of limits of the capital investments which are annually provided to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan when forming investing programs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and extrabudgetary funds of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation;

acquisitions of apartments, capital and running repair and arrangement of office housing stock of law-enforcement bodies it is performed by the extrabudgetary funds of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation.

3. Make changes to the List of persons having the right to office premises, No. 24 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of January 27, 2000 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2000, No. 1, the Art. 7), according to appendix No. 2.
