About approval of Changes in Rules of the organization of the statistical reporting which moves in the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 56, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 69 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", to the Law of Ukraine "About the state statistics" concerning creation of monetary and financial statistics, statistics of paying balance, the international investment line item, external debt, bank statistical information, and also for ensuring accomplishment of the regulating and observation Board of the National Bank of Ukraine functions by the National Bank of Ukraine decide:

1. Approve Changes in Rules of the organization of the statistical reporting which moves in the National Bank of Ukraine Boards of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of March 1, 2016 No. 129 (with changes) (further - Rules No. 129) which are attached.

2. To department of information technologies (Nagornyuk V. V.):

1) within five working days from the date of entry into force of this resolution to inform banks specifications of representation of form of the statistical reporting No. 601 "The report on credit operations of bank with the debtor - the physical/legal entity" (further - No. form 601);

2) to provide technical maintenance of representation of form No. 601.
