Order of registration insured and insurers at the insurer on unemployment insurance

1. General provisions

1.1. This Procedure is developed based on article 8 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About unemployment insurance" and regulates order of registration of insurers and insured, getting to the sphere of scope of this Law, in system the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic.

1.2. According to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About individual accounts in system of the national social insurance" in this Provision the individual account is the individual account opened by the State Social Security Fund (further - Fund) under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Azerbaijan Republic with social security number in which data of accounting are reflected.

1.3. Other concepts are used in this Procedure in the values determined by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About unemployment insurance".
