Procedure for provision of insurance payment

1. General provisions

1.1. This Procedure is developed based on article 17.9 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About unemployment insurance" and regulates procedure of payments and payments of insurance payment to persons having the right to insurance payment from local organizations of the State employment agency in subordination of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic (further - the Agency).

1.2. Only the insured, whose employment relationships stopped on the bases, the stipulated in Article 13.1 Laws of the Azerbaijan Republic "About insurance on unemployment" and according to article 5 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About employment of the population have the right to insurance payment".
