About approval of form and Rules of maintaining the customs register of intellectual property items

1. Approve enclosed:

1) form of the customs register of intellectual property items according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) Rules of maintaining the customs register of intellectual property items according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 16, 2010 No. 356 "About approval of Rules of maintaining the customs register of intellectual property items" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 6386, No. 224 published on August 25, 2010 in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper (26285));

2) the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 30, 2014 No. 599 "About introduction of amendments to the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 16, 2010 No. 356 "About approval of Rules of maintaining the customs register of intellectual property items" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10224, published on March 13, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let).

3. To committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Tengebayev A. M.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
