Procedure for financing of the salary of insured

1. General provisions

1.1. This Procedure is developed based on article 19.0.2.6 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About unemployment insurance" and determines conditions and procedure for financing of part of the salary of insurers together with insured during certain term as measure of active employment at the expense of means of unemployment insurance.

1.2. The program of financing of the salary insured (further - the Program) - payment the stipulated in Item 4.1 presents of the Procedure for part of the salary insured, employed based on the direction of Public service of employment under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic (further - Service) or the DOST center (further - the Center), for certain term at the expense of means of unemployment insurance.
