1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. Determine that:

approval of the departmental target programs offered to realization since 2019 as a part of state programs of the Russian Federation on which action of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 12, 2017 No. 1242 "On development, realization and on efficiency evaluation of separate state programs of the Russian Federation" expatiates is performed in December, 2018;

the direction and approval of documents in the cases provided by the subitem "v" of Item 15, Items 15 (1), 16 and 18 Regulations on development, approval and implementation of departmental target programs, No. 239 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 19, 2005 "About approval of the Regulations on development, approval and implementation of departmental target programs" (in edition of this resolution), is allowed on paper before commissioning of the corresponding components and modules of analytical information system of ensuring openness of the activities of federal executive bodies placed on the Internet (www.programs.gov.ru).

3. Recognize invalid provisions of some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.
