About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2016 No. 1045

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2016 No. 1045 "Some questions of payment of social grants to students (cadets) of higher educational institutions" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 4, the Art. 148, No. 18, the Art. 510, No. 82, the Art. 2508, No. 95, the Art. 2896) changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is applied since January 1, 2018.

1. The fourth Item 2 of the resolution to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"purpose of social grants to students (cadets) of utility higher educational institutions and higher educational institutions I-II of level of accreditation of state-owned property who have the status of the separate legal entities (except the higher educational institutions I-II of level of accreditation of state-owned property which are part of the state higher educational institutions III-IV of level of accreditation, without the status of separate legal entities) paid for the account of means of the local budget is performed taking into account categories of receivers of the social grants and their sizes determined according to the procedure.".
