Some questions of payment of social grants to students (cadets) of institutions of professional prehigher and higher education

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for payment of social grants to students (cadets) of institutions of professional prehigher and higher education (further - the Procedure) which is applied.

2. Determine that:

institutions of vocational prehigher and higher education (further - education institutions) appoint social grants to students (cadets) studying in such institutions according to Procedure;

for students (cadets) of higher educational institutions who will address during the period from January to April, 2017 for provision of social grants the specified grants are appointed since January 1, 2017 on the conditions determined according to the procedure;

payment of social grants taking into account their sizes, categories of receivers of social grants and the mechanism determined according to the procedure is performed for students and cadets of not military institutions of education (their structural or isolated structural divisions having the status of the legal entity) studying in day or dual form of education (further - students (cadets):

on the terms of the regional order in educational institutions of utility pattern of ownership - at the expense of the corresponding local budget;

on the terms of the state and/or regional order in educational institutions of the state pattern of ownership which according to the legislation are transferred to financing from local budgets, - at the expense of the corresponding regional budget or the budget of Kiev.

3. To structural divisions concerning social protection of the population of district public administrations, executive bodies city and district in the city (in case of their education) councils to provide money transfer to education institutions for payment of social grants to students (cadets):
