About modification of the Procedure for representation and registration of the declaration of compliance of material and technical resources of the subject of managing to requirements of the legislation concerning fire safety

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Procedure for representation and registration of the declaration of compliance of material and technical resources of the subject of managing to requirements of the legislation concerning fire safety approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 5, 2013 No. 440 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 49, Art. 1757; 2015, No. 42, the Art. 1307), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for representation and registration of the declaration of compliance of material and technical resources of the subject of managing to requirements of the legislation concerning fire safety

1. In Item 2:

Paragraph one to state 1) in the following edition:

"2. The declaration is filled in with the subject of managing and moves it or goes the registered mail in the location of object (objects) of the real estate to the administrator of the center of provision of administrative services or GSChS (allowing body), or through the Single state portal of administrative services, in particular through the information system GSChS integrated with it.";

2) in the paragraph the second words of "the state administrator" shall be replaced with words "the administrator of the center of provision of administrative services".

2. Exclude item 4.

3. Add Item 5 with the paragraph of the following content:

"The conclusion by results of assessment of fire-proof condition is effective before registration of the declaration.".
