1. Approve the Procedure for representation and registration of the declaration of compliance of material and technical resources of the subject of managing to requirements of the legislation concerning fire safety which is applied.

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

3. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2013.

Procedure for representation and registration of the declaration of compliance of materialnotekhnichesky base of the subject of managing to requirements of the legislation concerning fire safety

1. This Procedure determines the procedure of representation and registration of the declaration of compliance of material and technical resources of the subject of managing to requirements of the legislation concerning fire safety (further - the declaration) which grants the right to the beginning of work of the neogenic companies, the beginning of use by the subject of managing of real estate objects (buildings, constructions, rooms or their parts) (further - real estate objects).

The declaration does not move:

in case of use of trade places, booths and containers if they are placed in the market according to the scheme approved with body of the state fire supervision;
