1. In the fourth paragraph of part 4 of "Rules of conducting technical accounting of the lands" approved by the specified resolution of the word "research" shall be replaced with words "scientific institutions and the organizations".

2. In the "Provision on rules of conducting monitoring of lands" approved by the specified resolution:
