About approval of some regulatory legal acts connected with the state land cadastre, monitoring of lands and land management

In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the state land cadastre, monitoring of lands and land management" of March 12, 1999 the No. 113 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Approve "Provision on rules of maintaining the state land cadastre", "Rules of conducting technical accounting of lands", "Rules of maintaining land and cadastral documentation", "Regulations on creation, use and protection of Fund of the state land cadastre", "Provision on rules of conducting monitoring of lands" and "Provisions on rules of conducting land management works" (are attached).

2. No. 347 is cancelled according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of 04.11.2015

3. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic "About rules of maintaining the state land cadastre and monitoring of lands" of January 24, 1992 No. 34 (except Item 7).

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
