Paragraph one of Item 2 of the Regulations on procedure for certification of the driver and the admission of citizens to control of vehicles approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 8, 1993 No. 340 (ZP of Ukraine, 1993, No. 10, Art. 211; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 39, Art. 1311; 2013, No. 68, Art. 2491; 2017, No. 96, the Art. 2925), after the word "categories" to add with words ", except establishment cases to persons of temporary restriction in the right of control of vehicles".

The subitem 2 of item 4 of the Rules of crossing of frontier by citizens of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 27, 1995 No. 57 (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 4, Art. 92; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 65, Art. 2239; 2016, No. 84, the Art. 2759) to add with the paragraph of such content:
"the public service of the certificate of availability of debt on payment of the alimony issued by body which cumulative size exceeds the amount of the corresponding payments in six months.".
