According to article 25 of the Law of Ukraine "About waste", and for the purpose of establishment of single service regulations of objects for burning of household waste I ORDER to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 30, 2014 No. 197,:

1. Approve Changes in the Service regulations of subjects of the address with household waste approved by the order of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine of May 4, 2012 No. 196, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 24, 2012 for No. 821/21133, which are applied.

2. To management of improvement of the territories and public service (Barinov N. A.) together with Legal department (Zalevskaya G. N.) to provide in accordance with the established procedure submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To put control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Kruglyak of E.B. First Deputy Minister V.A.Nepogod
