1. Approve:

2) form of permanent and temporary omissions according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) form of the magazine of registration of the instruction for carrying out customs examination of rooms and the territories according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) form of the magazine of registration of permanent and temporary omissions according to appendix 4 to this order;

5) obligation form of consent to representation in case of customs declaring of copies of customs declarations of the country of departure (origin, transit) goods according to appendix 5 to this order.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 17, 2010 No. 415 "About approval of form of the instruction (specifying) on carrying out customs examination of rooms and the territories" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 6454, published on October 7, 2010 in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper for No. 264 (26325));
