Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 18, 2000 No. 222 "About approval of the Instruction for registration of permission on permanent residence to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan abroad" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 1463, 2001, No. 24, by the Art. 419) is published in the Bulletin of regulatory legal acts of the central executive and other state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To provide to department of consular service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
